Disertante: Alan Maley
Abstract:
In this talk the speaker will explore 15 ‘generative procedures’ which can be applied to almost any text. A generative procedure is a major type of activity which carries within it many different realisations. For example, ‘matching’ can be done in many different ways. He will show how these ideas can be applied to a sample short text. Teachers can use this framework for preparing their own activities.
