Abstract:
Through hands-on activities designed to show the possibilities - not the perils -of grammar, teachers will explore grammatical structures as “rhetorical choices,” developing strategies for helping language learners expand their repertoires and their pleasure in writing. Activities will be grounded in current research and address development of style and voice as a writer.
